Marketing Manager – Sandvik, Turku

Sandvik Division Load and Haul is a global technology developer, innovator and manufacturer of loaders and trucks for the underground mining industry. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll turn Sandvik’s strategy into powerful marketing and deliver campaigns that make an impact worldwide.

The position is based at Sandvik’s Turku site – our main Load & Haul development and manufacturing hub. This role offers partial remote work, with regular presence at our Turku headquarters essential for collaboration. Occasional travel is also expected.

The role is permanent and full-time. The recruitment process is managed by Armstrong Next. 

In this role, you will:

• Manage our division’s in-house marketing activities, and any outsourced marketing activities with our partner network.
• Lead a small, experienced team while creating high-quality marketing content yourself (videos, photos, presentations, brochures, campaigns).
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social) from concept to measurable results.
• Organise engaging customer events and promotional activities that showcase our innovation and leadership.
• Oversee advertising, collaborate with industry media, and ensure we have top-quality branded merchandise.
• Work closely with sales, product management, and R&D to ensure consistent global messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers across Sandvik to align and integrate global marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven skills in brand building and storytelling, ideally in technical or industrial sectors.
• Fluent English and strong technical writing skills. Finnish language is an advantage.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (automation, analytics, CRM, SEO, social media).
• Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to lead, think creatively, and manage several projects effectively.
