Business Director – Power Generation

AGCO Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Director to lead our Power Generation division, based in Tesoma, Tampere, as we strengthen our business operations and drive future growth.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and develop the Power Generation business unit, driving growth and innovation.

·       Oversee cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

·       Manage and inspire personnel, setting clear goals and leading by example.

·       Drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.

·       Report directly to Managing Director and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Requirements

·       Higher education degree in engineering or business (technical or commercial university degree).

·       At least 10 years of proven experience in business leadership roles.

·       Strong sales orientation and a genuine ambition for growth.

·       Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

·       Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
