We are now looking for Hydraulic Technicians / Hydraulic Specialists to join our skilled team!

Your Role

Your main tasks will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic machinery on-site and in our workshop.
• We work on a wide range of equipment, like construction machinery, industrial systems, truck mounted equipment, ships and smaller fishing boats.

Secondary tasks (when available time)

• Maintenance and service of hydraulic machinery.
• Various mechanical jobs.

In general:

• Cooperation with the rest of our team and support towards your colleagues when needed.
• Reporting and documentation according to company guidelines

You will, in your daily work, be in direct contact with the customers and the operators and you need to communicate and represent our company in the best way.

What we expect from you

• 3-5 years of experience with hydraulic systems/machinery and troubleshooting and repairs and/or corresponding education.

• Experience with electrical controls for hydraulic systems.

• Knowledge and experience to understand and work on simpler systems, also with sometimes limited documentation.

• Ability to assess situations independently and to act in a safe and responsible way.

• Patience to take the time needed to complete a job in a good way, even if this sometimes means that we need to stretch the day.

• Willingness to follow the company’s safety and quality regulations

• Willingness to relocate in Norway and to integrate into our team

• Fluency in spoken and written English (working language), Scandinavian languages are an asset
